We require a 30% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 70% balance to be paid before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer) and also support Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions.

Standard delivery time is 30–45 days after order confirmation, depending on machine configuration and production schedule. Expedited options may be available upon request.

Each machine is securely packed in export-grade wooden cases with inner waterproof and shock-absorbing materials to ensure safe transportation.

Q4: Can I inspect the machine before shipment?

Yes. We offer pre-shipment video inspection upon request. We will share a live video or recorded footage showing the machine's operation, testing, and final packaging process.

Q6: What is the warranty period? What about parts after warranty?

The machine comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects and component failures (excluding consumables and improper operation). Parts and technical support beyond the one-year warranty period are available at a reasonable cost.
