Manufacturing Process

The raw polymer chips are fed into an extruder where they are heated and melted. The molten polymer is then forced through fine spinnerets to form continuous filaments or fibers.
Next, you form the fiber web, which is the foundation of non woven fabric production. You can use staple fibers (short, cut fibers) or filaments (continuous fibers). Staple fibers create a soft, fluffy texture, while filaments give a smoother, stronger fabric.
