A labeling machine is a device that automatically affixes labels to products or packaging containers, widely used in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. Its working principle is primarily based on the synergistic effect of mechanical transmission, electrical control, and software programming. First, the label roll is installed on the label holder of the labeling machine. A drive unit rotates the label roll, feeding the label paper to the peeling plate. Under the action of the peeling plate, the label paper separates from the backing paper, and the label is accurately peeled off and ready for application. Simultaneously, the product or packaging container is conveyed to the labeling position via a conveyor belt or robotic arm. At this point, the labeling machine's suction device (such as a vacuum suction head) quickly picks up the peeled label and, under the command of the electrical control system, precisely affixes the label to the designated position on the product or packaging container. After labeling, the product or packaging container continues to be conveyed to the next process, while the labeling machine prepares for the next labeling operation.

 

The working principle of a labeling machine involves the coordinated operation of several key components, including the label holder, drive unit, peeler plate, label suction device, conveyor belt or robotic arm, and electrical control system. The precision and stability of these components directly affect the labeling effect and production efficiency of the machine. Therefore, when selecting a labeling machine, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as labeling accuracy, speed, stability, and applicable scope to ensure that production needs are met.
